I have a 4200tn that is getting constant paper jams and making a grinding noise when it prints.

I don't know when the last maintenance was and i did clean the paper path and the fuser.

Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

There are many possibilities

Starting from a torn or broken plastic paper separator on the pickup to hard rollers again on the paper pickup.

Then you can start to look for split gears on the main transport mechanism but the grinding noise is what you should be looking at as finding where it's coming from as that's the most likely cause of your problem. Once you isolate the noise and find out what it is you'll find that the repair is easy though maybe not cheap.
