I need simple step by step.....all usb ports are not functioning...
front and rear usb ports...all not functioning. happened when we unplugged a front usb cable to printer to connect it to our laptop for printing...now all usb ports back and front are not functioning.
what we have tried:
restart
uninstall printer software-cannot reinstall because computer does not read usb info.
device manager, reports all usbs are ok...
we are not too computer proficient so any answers please write in plain terms, and tell us HOW. I want to check bios but have no idea how...
