    Mail List Using Contacts

    XP “Help” function does not provide instructions that work! How can I use Contacts to print mailing labels?

      Use the Labels feature in MS Word

      If you are using MS Office, your contacts in Outlook can be accessed by the Labels function in MS Word. On the Word Menu bar click Tools, and then click Letters and Mailings. When the dialog box opens, select the Labels tab and click the Address Book icon.
