When i try to print from word or exel using the followin User ID aedd0390, The following error comming.Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I used this id in Many machines but problem remains the same.
if i use My User ID its working Fine.following actions taken already.
office removed and reinstalled
user profiles been recreated.
printers been reinstalled
what May Be the Cause
