MY PS4 CONTROLLER DOES NOT TURN ON NO MATTER WHAT

My dualshock doesn’t turn on when I plug it into the computer, into the PS4, and also doesn’t charge via EXT with a charging dock. Switched out the batteries with new third party ones and working first party ones. Also switched the ribbon cable with a working one. None of these worked. Any ideas? I’m guessing it’s something wrong with the motherboard

Could be an issue with the cord/cable that plugs into the computer/PS4. Loose or broken connection perhaps. Can you test the controller on another system?

But these are getting pretty old now so if the usual repairs fails you get another. Yes, I know they are not cheap.

Try charging with a different cable or reset the controller by pressing the small button on the back near L2 with a pin.
