Network printer problem

I have a problem related to my network printers.
One is Samsung ML-2250 laser printer
The problem related to this printer is it pick up multiple pages some times and our company letter hade jam in side when printing.
And some times it automatically sends papers to print and the print result is garbage. I don?t understand this problem plz if any body can help me.
I am working in Windows XP WORKGROUP Environment.

There is a problem with the Paper Handling capability of the printer. Sounds as if there is something broken inside it actually as they should only pick one page at a time unless you are using super fine paper. The 80 GSM Normal paper shouldn't present any problems though provided that everything is working properly.

As for the rubbish printout this mainly occurs when something causes the Print spooler to stop momentarily and the memory in the printer receives the incorrect information or there is a transmitted tag telling it in which mode to print. if you are not getting the Tag you'll just get garbage out of the printer.

As this is a recent model printer it should still be UG from the maker so I would call them in for a solution. Currently my main wholesale supplier is still selling accessories like the extra Paper Cartridge for the 2250 so they are still fairly new.
