I have a network in my area and i want a way to prevent users to use the program called “NetCut”, i searched a lot and finally some people told me to do something to prevent users from scanning using ip scanners or spoofers , this kind of software or using an ARP protocol , i don’t know , all i want is an efficent way to prevent this program by all means
