I installed a new Xerox N2125 printer for a customer using TCP/IP and NDPS. Everything works fine for the first 15 minutes it’s on the network, however after that, it no longer prints.
If I print from a networked Windows 98 machine, the printerfolder shows the job is “Printing – 0KB of ” and it sits there.
I had to put the printer on an Intel NetportExpress 10/100 to make it work. So, I beleive something is wrong with the NIC on the printer. I think all of our N2125’s have this problem.
Has anyone encountered this before? I am waiting for my company’s integration lab to get back to me, or hear from Xerox but in the mean time, I was just curious.
