I have machine running XP and connected to the local area network, its also connected to a shared printer on a machine running window 2000 on same network-domain. The problem is on the machine running XP, despite showing that the printer on win 2000 is online and ready, it won’t printer. The strange thing is, it use to print before and all of a sudden it just stopped.If you send a document (any) it bring the error message – document failed to print.I even reinstalled the printer on the XP machine, restarted the network services on both machines, but still it work won’t print.What could be the cause of this? Please advise.
