If you bought it in a shop, you probably have warranty. Contact them for repair or a refund.

If you bought it privately, see if you can give it back. Or find a repair shop, if you don’t have the right experience to diagnose and repair it yourself. But that’s something I doubt.

Just like a new car, it’s a warranty issue. If you try to fix it, you might void the warranty.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your computer shutting off suddenly. Here are a few tips that may help:

Check your power source: Make sure your computer is plugged in and that the power outlet is functioning properly.

Check for overheating: Your computer may be shutting off due to overheating. Make sure your computer has proper ventilation and is not covered by anything that could be blocking air flow. You can also try using a program like HWMonitor to check your computer’s temperature.

Check for updates: Make sure your computer is up to date with the latest software and hardware updates. This can help prevent issues and improve performance.

Run virus and malware scans: Your computer may have a virus or malware causing it to shut off unexpectedly. Run a scan with your antivirus software to check for any issues.

Try a system restore: If your computer was working fine previously, you may want to try restoring it to an earlier point in time when it was functioning properly.

As for turning on your computer, make sure it is properly connected to power and press the power button. If it doesn’t turn on, make sure the power cable is properly connected and try again. If the issue persists, it may be best to contact the manufacturer or a professional for assistance.
