Rapid Rollout of Cloud Suite Helps 9,000 Bank Staff Forge Better Customer Service

In 2014, Bangkok-based TMB Bank wanted to empower employees by giving them mobile-friendly collaboration tools, so they could improve customer service. The bank began a switchover to the Microsoft suite, Office 365, which includes Office applications, exchange online email, live document co-authoring and voice and video calling. Employees downloaded Office 365 onto their work devices, which made deployment swift and lowered IT costs. Today, employees are more productive and deliver more creative services to customers.
