Description
As someone who uses Word processing software every day, I can attest to the fact that there are several tasks and commands that I use over and over again during the course of a regular working day. When I can, I take a few moments to record those repetitive tasks in a Word macro. The beauty of a macro is that once something is saved I can call it over and over again with a simple keystroke shortcut combination.
This photo gallery shows how to record a Word macro using the built-in recorder found in the Tools section of the menu. In addition, you will see how to find your macro once you record it and how to place it on your tool bar or add a keyboard shortcut for calling the macro quickly as you go about your business.
